Our 2019 Chardonnay from Spear Vineyard has a pale golden color. The nose is filled with white peach, nectarine and citrus, alongside butterscotch and baking spices. Textures on the palate are rich, with a glossy mouth feel that transitions to a crisp, balancing dose of acidity on the finish. There is a distinctive note of salinity on the finish that extends the flavors on the palate and tastes like the crisp ocean air the wine was grown in.
Although sourced from a new vineyard, the 2021 Albariño carries on our tradition of making a super aromatic, bright, crisp, refreshing version of the wine. Sourced this year from Mora Vineyard in the Los Olivos District, this beautifully farmed location offers all the classic Alabariño character you've come to expect from this wine. Perfect as an apéritif, this wine will also be the star of the dinner table paired with any shellfish or flaky white fish dishes. My favorite though, is paired with spicy curries or Thai food.
